Jane’s Fetish wants you to "Bring Out Your Erogenous Side", but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned to Jane’s Fetish Lingerie Boutique for store credit or refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. Items that are final sale and are not eligible for return; either for refund or store credit. (Please view non-eligible / Final Sale items below.)   Please be sure to read our separate costume policy.

*Jane’s Fetish Lingerie Boutique does not offer exchanges if you need a different size or color you can place a new order immediately or wait for your return to be processed for store credit or refund.

  • All items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.   If we do not receive the complete set we, will not process your return and contact you until we receive the remaining pieces of the set.
  • All items must be returned with original tags, packaging with barcodes and have return authorization paperwork

Policy Exclusions & Final Sale - Non-returnable - Non-resalable - Include, but is not limited to:

  • Jane’s Fetish does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
  • Panties
  • Hosiery
  • Body Stockings
  • Last Chance Sale items.
  • Sex Gifts, games, candy, tape, or bondage kits
  • Lubes, massage oils, body paints, lotions, candles, soaps, and gels
  • Items with tags removed.
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
  • Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
  • Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
  • Items that are soiled or stained.
  • Items that have been laundered.
  • Items not returned in original packaging.
  • Gift Cards

The above items are not eligible for returns and will be disposed of without the customer receiving a refund or store credit.

**Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

Return Label Fees - If you use the optional USPS Return label supplied with your return authorization and you selected Return for Refund there is a $4.95 fee deducted from your refund. If you select Return Store Credit, we waive the label fee.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Jane's Fetish Lingerie reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed. 
Additionally, Jane's Fetish Lingerie, reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Jane’s Fetish Lingerie also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

How Much Does it Cost to Return an Item?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns & exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information.

How Can I Track the Status of My Return?

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
